Age-Friendly Glen Cove aims to transform outdoor spaces into more enjoyable community spaces for people of all ages.

Action Plan for Glen Cove:

• Brewster Street Garage- Improve handicap accessibility, number of handicap spots (ADA compliant), curb-cut by Cinema too steep, need access ramps, apron needs to be redone, need multiple handicap signs (ADA compliant), needs signs to direct people from handicap spots to exit ramps.
• Create kiosks in (2) Downtown Parking Garages to highlight neighborhoods and attractions, which will also encourage walking in the Downtown. 
• Create a mile walking path in the downtown with footprints.
